athenahealth 2026 US Open Enrollment Virtual Benefits Fair

We will once again be hosting our annual fall Open Enrollment Virtual Benefits Fair. This will allow all US athenistas, regardless of location, the opportunity to obtain information, have questions answered and interact with our health & welfare vendors ahead making your 2026 Benefit Elections in Workday. Open Enrollment will run from November 6th to November 20th. Your LIVE Virtual Benefits Fair will be on November 12th from 11 AM to 3 PM EST. Through this Virtual Benefits Fair you can:

  • Obtain information and check out the On-Demand open enrollment webinar about the current and enhanced health, welfare, and voluntary benefits available to you and your family.
  • Interact with vendors and ask your questions Live via the chat function or have 1:1 Live conversation.
  • Review plan details and materials and add them to your virtual swag bag to save for later.

If you’re unable to visit the fair during the scheduled time frame, don’t worry! The platform will be available on-demand for 30 days after the event is over via: https://2026oe.vfairs.com

This is an online event. You do not have to travel to any specific location. You can participate from anywhere where you have Internet access. The event is accessible from desktop, mobile and tablet devices.

No. Some vendors may have the ability for you to request a video chat, but it is not required to participate.
